Whole-Home Attention:

• Dust all surfaces (furniture, window sills)

• Vacuum/mop all floors

• Empty trash bins and replace liners in each room

• General tidy-up (e.g. straighten cushions, fold blankets)

Bathrooms (all):

• Scrub toilet, sink, polish mirrors

• Wipe cabinet exteriors

• Sanitize light switches, door handles

• Refill toilet paper if provided

Kitchen:

• Wipe countertops, stove top, backsplash, and scrub sink

• Exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher)

• Interior of microwave

• Sweep and mop floors

• Take out trash (if full)

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

• Dust furniture, nightstands, lamps

• Tidy beds

• Vacuum carpets & under beds (if accessible)

Ideal for weekly, bi-weekly cleaning.

Deep Surface Reset + Fixtures

Everything in Basic, PLUS:

• Dust blinds, vents, fan blades, shelves (reachable by 2-step ladder)

• Clean glass entry doors and interior windows (reachable by 2-step ladder)

• Wipe down baseboards edge-to-edge

• Sanitize doorknobs, door handles, light switch plates

• Light polish of stainless steel appliances

Ideal for monthly upkeep or homes with pets/kids.

Seasonal Reset

Everything in Standard, PLUS:

• Inside all kitchen and bathroom cabinets (if emptied)

• Scrub shower grout and hard water buildup

• Hand-clean baseboards, doors, and trim

• Detail clean light fixtures

• Spot clean walls (scuffs, fingerprints)

• Shoe racks or entry cubbies cleaned

• Entry porch swept or vacuumed if indoor

Perfect for move-ins, holiday prep, deep resets, or Airbnb turnover.

Premium Deep Clean includes up to 8 hours.
If we anticipate exceeding that due to unexpected conditions (e.g. excessive buildup, post-renovation dust), extra time is billed at $35/hr.
We will notify you as soon as possible for your consideration and approval before ANY additional time is added.
